Seems like everyone is on the “spread the word about Spencer” mode!

Here is some news  from our friends from the Monkey Junkies:

“Some of you may or may not know, there is a new little site for fan’s of the band 100 Monkeys, over at www.monkeyjunkies.com where I am part of the site admin team.

We’re currently holding a competition for the lead up to the August Michigan SBL concerts.
This competition is going to require that you tap into your own creative flair and create a little bit of your own art to share. In return you’ll be rewarded with Spencer’s art, as we have the entire catalogue of albums available on the SBL site up for grabs. The winner will be getting the 3 solo Spencer albums (Feudal Brutal & the American Dream, Live & Wasted, and Brain), along with Tamuawok by the amazing Stevedores, and also Early Morning Hours by Sheer Funk & Misery. Yep, that’s a total of 5 albums of incredible music, yours to own & enjoy, or if you already have some or all of the albums, let them be yours to pass on & share with someone who maybe hasn’t heard of Spencer before. There’s even a special something that I’ll be throwing in aswell.

To be in the running for the bucketload of goodies, we want you to create a Desktop Wallpaper image inspired by your favourite Spencer Lyrics, after all he is “The Lyricist” (have a listen to “Lonesome Ballad of a Lonesome Boy” if you’re not sure what I’m referring to).
Let your creativity & inspiration take you wherever you want, pick your favourite lyrics & just go with it!
